Mark A. (Fuzzy) Pleshek, passed away unexpectedly at home on June 7, 2022 at the age of 66. He was born December 21, 1955 in Menominee, MI to the late Leonard Pleshek and Frances (Joe) Howarth. Mark married Denise Haynes on August 10, 1990 and together raised five children.
Mark worked at Marinette Marine Corp. as a pipe welder for 40 plus years where he made many lifelong friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and riding his Harley and tractor. Mark anxiously awaited our family cookouts where he could "teach" us kids how to cook it the proper way. He also enjoyed wintering in Yuma, Arizona where he made many new friends.
Mark is survived by his wife, Denise; five children, Amy (Randy) Baumler, Brian (Melissa) Pleshek, Tony Reiswitz, Nicole (Fran) Leaveck and Tracey (Rob) Gleason; 10 grandkids, Allison (Matt) Hipke, Amanda (Lizzy) Dauphinais-VanBuren, Hunter Kaufman, Emily Baumler, Lexi Marquardt, Mara Reiswitz, Justin Pleshek, Janae Gleason, Kaitlyn and Karsen Leaveck; and 1 great-grandson, Landyn Dauphinais-VanBuren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins who were like brothers and sisters; as well as many special friends who were a big part of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Dennis Haynes.
Per Mark's wishes, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Mark will be greatly missed by all who knew him. If you all listen closely you can hear his vibrant whistling??
