Mark Siewert Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home - Grand Prairie on Feb. 2, 2026.
Mark Bradley Siewert, age 65 years, passed away on January 31, 2026, in Grand Prairie, Texas. He was born on November 12, 1960, in Billings, Montana to Clarence and Marlene (Joki) Siewert.

The family ranched in the Pryor Creek / Huntley, Montana area before moving in 1965 to Red Lodge, where they lived on and operated the dairy farm homesteaded by Mark's great-grandparents. Mark attended Fox District 22, the same country school his mother attended, which was built by his great-grandparents and other area farmers.

In 1971, the family purchased a dairy farm near Chetek, Wisconsin, where Mark completed his primary and secondary education. During high school, he was an active member of a 4-H club and enjoyed showing cows at the county fair.

Mark attended drafting school briefly before joining the United States Marine Corps, where he served for four years. After leaving the Marine Corps, he settled in the Dallas area. Mark was able to utilize his drafting skills working for companies that manufactured stainless steel countertops. He was the "go-to" guy for the complex designs.

On March 14, 2015, he married Robin Legalley. Mark enjoyed shuffle board, loved family gatherings, and the adventures when going to the VFW with Joanne and Robin.

Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Robin; his parents, Clarence and Marlene; and his sister, Paula Siewert. He is survived by his sisters, Bernetta (Kevin) Mapes and Margo Siewert.
