Marlene Orlob, age 90, passed away on February 15, 2026, in Murray, Utah. She was born on January 7, 1936, in San Francisco, California.
On December 18, 1968, she married the love of her life, August Leon Orlob. Together they built a life filled with love, companionship, and shared memories.
Marlene spent many years working as a travel agent, a profession that perfectly matched her adventurous spirit. She not only helped others explore the world but embraced travel herself whenever she could. She also cherished time spent on the golf course with her close-knit group of friends, creating lasting friendships and joyful memories.
She is survived by her stepsons, Marc Orlob and James Alan Orlob; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, August Leon Orlob.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 S Vine St, Murray, UT 84107.
Marlene will be remembered for her warmth, her love of adventure, and the joy she found in both travel and friendship. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
