Marlene Parrish- Hamlin went home to meet our lord on September 18, 2025 at Mountain View Regional Hospital at 3:36 am.

She was a fraternal twin, born on September 4, 1938 in Peoria Illinois to Charles Lugeanbeal and Florence Belfield Lugeanbeal.

Everyone that came in contact with her loved her. She was one that could make friends easily and had a lasting friendship with them. All that knew her said that she had the sweetest smile. During her time; she worked at First National Bank, Memorial General, and volunteered at Saint Paul's Methodist Church with disabled children. She was member of Desert Oasis church, where she was known for as loving her chocolate donuts and coffee before services. She also enjoyed her root beer floats, and green chicken enchiladas. She did countless paintings of roosters, and other artwork. She always enjoyed getting her hair and nails done.

She was a loving and caring mother to Karlyn Ramsey, who had cared for her the last four years up to the time of her death.

Additionally, she was a dearly loved aunt to nieces Nancy (Sharon) Imhoff, Jill (Ron) Wilson, and Kellie Behrends. Nephews of Art (Cheryl) Hamlin, Kevin Imhoff, Jeff (Marresa) Lugeanbeal, Shawn (Dawn) Behrends, Robin (Annie) Jones, James (Pam) Jones, and numerous grand and great grand nieces, nephews, and cousins.
