ROBIN ANN (CLARKE) PARRISHRobin Ann Parrish passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, September 26, 2025, after a long journey with Atypical Parkinson's Disease (PSP). Up until the end, Robin maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation of beauty, and love of family and friends. Robin's life can be encapsulated by many words: Family, Friends, Compassion, Charity, Flowers, Travel, and Fun. In her 69 years with us, she experienced an abundance of each.Family: Robin was born June 27, 1956, in Philadelphia to Hugh and Elaine Clarke. One of eight children, she is survived by her husband of 42 years, Lowe Parrish; her three sons, Beau Lowe Parrish, Trevor Clarke Parrish, and Wesley James (Kristen) Parrish; and her grandson, Connor Wesley Parrish. She is also survived by her siblings: sisters Mary Elaine Weber, Jane McClughan, Kathy Trott, and Christa Schopf; and brothers Jimmy Clarke, Billy Clarke, and Jay Clarke; as well as many loving nephews and nieces.Life and Service: Robin studied early childhood education and enjoyed working with people with disabilities. Besides devoting her life to family and friends, she volunteered her time at many charitable, health, and educational organizations, including but not limited to Bournelyf Special Camp, Home of the Sparrow, The Pathway School, The Crossroads School, hospital thrift shops, Planned Parenthood, her church, Boy Scouts, Little League, Challenger Baseball, Kencrest, The Arc, and many others. Robin also devoted a great deal of time to her love of flowers as a member and president of the Covered Bridge Garden Club for many years. In addition to these activities, Robin enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and sons, spending summers in Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and winters in Naples, Florida. She also enjoyed many fun-filled activities with her sons, friends, relatives, nieces, and nephews.Mom, we will miss you immensely. When life got rough, you were our sanity in this crazy world and our comfort when we needed clarity. You were always someone we could count on, you always got your point across without judgment, and you always provided us with sound advice. You made sure we made our decisions only after thinking things through. Because of you, we have the hearts of a lion, the love of our family, and a great work ethic.Robin, we thank you for all the calls, the wise words of advice, the beautiful lives we are living because of you, your hard work, and your boundless love for us. We are better people because of you. We will forever keep you in our hearts. Thank you.
