Marlene Hope (Pittman) Ripoll, 87, of Oak Hill passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at her residence with her loving family by her side.

Born March 30, 1938 in Kingston, WV she was the daughter of the late Ed and Cora Morgan Pittman.

Marlene was a graduate from Collins High School and after school she worked in finance as a  Financial Manager. In her leisure she enjoyed working on her crafts but her great joy in life was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored dearly.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Vincente Ripoll; sisters, Ardis Vicars, Reba Nickell, and Bonnie Sarver; and brothers, James Pittman and Harold Pittman.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving sons, William Ripoll (Donna) and Steve Ripoll (Nenita); grandchildren, Steve Ripoll, Jessica Ripoll, and Rebecca Folchi; and numerous great grandchildren.

In keeping with Miss Marlene Ripoll wishes she will be cremated.
