Marsha Marie Conway, 37, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away on February 18, 2022.
She was born on October 7, 1984, at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. Marsha graduated from Romulus Community High School in 2003.
In 2006, Marsha earned her certification as a nursing assistant, and began working in that capacity at the Four Seasons Nursing Home in Westland, Michigan. Later that same year, life changed drastically for Marsha after her mother, Margaret Louise Kasler Conway, with whom she was extremely close, passed away. It was a loss she was never able to overcome. In spite of this difficulty, Marsha continued working at the Four Seasons while also pursuing her LPN at Schoolcraft College. She worked very hard to make a better life for her family; still she struggled with her mother's loss, leaving both pursuits in early
2009.
Later in the late summer of that same year, Marsha, reconnected with her childhood friend, Michael Millbank, with whom she eventually fell in love and was engaged. In 2012, they moved to Florida where they lived for a short time, returning to Michigan in 2013.
Marsha's interests included gardening, at which she excelled. She once grew a pepper plant in the house over winter that actually bore fruit. She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed making meals for and with her fiancé Michael. Marsha loved telling stories, often centering them on the cooking methods of her mother, or grandmother. She loved reading and enjoyed PG
horror stories like those found in the Goosebumps collection, and television shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or Hell's Kitchen. She enjoyed playing games on her phone to earn rewards that she would use to buy little things for her children. Marsha had a unique, musical voice which was much loved and will be very sorely missed. She was funny, and would pop up with jokes at unexpected times, the surprise often adding to the humor of the moment. Though she sometimes struggled in life, Marsha loved her children fiercely above all else, and was loved by all who knew her well.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret, and her brothers Allen (infant), Steve and George Conway, and is survived by her fiancé Michael Millbank, her son, Sebastian Jackson (20), her daughters Alixandrya Jackson (16), and Anna Millbank (8), her sisters Dodie Cronewett, and Tammy Conway, her stand in Mom, Mary Boston, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends, and will be greatly missed.
