Cirocco, Mary Elizabeth, age of 68. Beloved wife of Terrance (Terry), 43 years. Loving mother of Colleen and Emily. Dear sister of George (Cheryl) Ghindia, Suzanne (Mark) Robertson, Janet Ghindia and John R Ghindia. Daughter of deceased John V and Sue Ghindia. Sister-in-law to Alan (Patricia) Cirocco and William (Susan) Cirocco. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Devoted to her loyal/loving dog companion, Cannoli. Passed away peacefully, Sunday, December 7, 2025, at home in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. Born February 15, 1957, in Detroit, raised in Ecorse and Trenton. Played competitive hockey and tennis in her youth. Enjoyed ice skating with family. Graduate of Trenton High School, Wayne State University (political science), and Detroit College of Law, where she met the love of her life, Terry Cirocco. Mary Beth passed the state of Michigan Bar exam and practiced at Sachs Waldman PC (Detroit), where she specialized in Labor Law. She also worked for Judge Audrey Stroia (District #33).
Resident of Grosse Pointe Farms, 38 years. Enjoyed Grosse Pointe South High School band, where both Colleen and Emily performed. Classic Rock and Motown music aficionado. Traveled all over Michigan and the USA. Loved Detroit Red Wings, Tigers, Lions and Pistons, and Michigan football. Received the Sacraments at St Francis Xavier (Ecorse) and attended Mass at St Philomena (Detroit). Donations in memory of Mary Beth may be made to the Michigan Humane Society. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 2:00-8:00 pm, with a 7:00 eulogy service at Trenton Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Road, Trenton, MI 48183. Funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Trenton Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. There will be a funeral procession to Woodmere Cemetery.
