Marsha Diane Osekowski, 70, of Oakland died on Monday, March 9, 2026, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. Born on October 12, 1955, in Oakland, she was the daughter of the late Russell Thomas and Margaret Grace (Rodeheaver) Shank.
Marsha was a proud graduate of Southern High School. After moving to northern Virginia, she graduated from the Computer Learning Center in Alexandria, and went on to work for Kay Jewelers in Old Town Alexandria. She also worked for Micro Integration in Friendsville before going to the Maryland State Police, McHenry Barracks as their office manager, a position that she held for over 15 years. More recently, Marsha worked in property management for a number of lake properties.
Marsha will be remembered as a proud and loving mother who had a huge impact on everyone she met.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Thomas A. Osekowski; her son, Logan Osekowski; sisters, Barbara Johnson, Linda Riley, and Brenda Buser; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James Shank and Edward Shank.
