Marsha Louise (Kilbourne) Schambre, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on October 7, 1956, in Port Huron, Michigan, she was the cherished daughter of the late Clifford and Yolande (Rowbotham) Kilbourne. Marsha's life was a testament to her passionate spirit and her unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

Marsha's legacy of loyalty and love will be carried on by her devoted children, Jason (Tammy) Sparks of Clyde Township, Jeremy (Amanda) Sparks of Traverse City, and Jennifer (Matt) Martin of Marysville; Ashley and Julia whom she shared her mom love with; grandchildren, Joseph, Kirsten, Ethan, Trevor, Garrett, Landon, Lilly, Jasmine, Alexander, and Maddox; brothers, William (Cheryl) Kilbourne and Daniel Kilbourne; brother-in-law, Jerry Sparks; her loyal dog, Bruno; as well as many dear friends who became an extended family to her over the years.

She was preceded in death by her soul mate, Charles "Skeet" Kott.

Known affectionately as Mama Dukes, Marsha's fierce love was felt strongly by her people. Her family was everything and her circle was most important, especially her children and dearest grandchildren whom will continue to live the legacy she created and will continue the loyalty she taught them. Marsha's love for singing karaoke was infectious and she was an avid player at the card table, never missing Friday card club. She enjoyed the beauty of her flower gardens.

Marsha's will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and a true friend. Her selfless nature and passionate approach to life will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
