Marsha Lynn Sherven, age 70, passed away suddenly on August 7, 2025. She was born to the late Charles and Dorothy (Thompson) Nicoloff. On June 3, 1978, she married the love of her life Allen Sherven in Valders, Wisconsin. Together they raised two children, Kristen and Mike.
Marsha was a nurse for over 30 years in the Sheboygan area. She worked in many areas of nursing, to include hospitals, as a visiting nurse, and nursing homes. In her free time, Marsha displayed her creativity and talent though the art of jewelry making, sewing, and cross stitching. She could fix anything, always altering and making items new again for her friends and families. She also loved to paint, and made Christmas Ornaments for her family every year for many years. Her family remembers fondly her delicious dessert recipes at gatherings. Marsha found comfort and support in the community of believers of Immanuel Bible Church. Above all, she loved spending time with her friends and family. She will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Marsha is survived by her children Mike Sherven and Kristen (Josh) Stine. She is further survived by her grandchildren Nolan, Alaina, Caden and Logan, and her brothers Steve and Craig Nicoloff.
In addition to her parents, Marsha is preceded in death by her husband Allen, and her sister Diane Nicoloff.
The family would like to thank the medical staff at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay, especially the nurses that cared for Marsha, and Dr. Chen and Dr. Joao Saltao for their compassion and comfort to Marsha and her family.
A funeral service will take place at Immanual Bible Church, 2428 Superior Ave in Sheboygan, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Curtis Lamansky officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
