Graveside services for Martha Belton will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Fellowship Cemetery in Dubberly, Louisiana on September 12, 2025, under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Bro. Randy Brown will officiate.
Martha was born on December 29, 1942, and entered into rest September 9, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was raised in Dubberly and Minden. Martha graduated from Minden High School in the 1960 class. She received graduate degrees from Louisiana Tech in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Special Education, followed by a 40-year teaching career from Glenbrook, Caddo, and Webster Parish school systems. Her commitment to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was manifested by her faithfulness to interim positions as musical worship leader for 40 years at Southside Baptist and Beech Springs Baptist Churches. She directed children’s choirs while still at First Baptist. Her community support was evident when she sang with the Minden Melodies entertaining people all over Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be Richard Campbell, Reese Cole, Chance Cole, Andrew Cole, Aaron Cochen, Casey Bozenski, Chris Bozenski, Jon Patrick Cole, and William Cole.
