Martha Anne Beringer

Martha Anne Beringer, of Colchester, passed away on November 20, 2025. She was born in Hartford, CT, on June 12, 1997, to Durwood and Michele Beringer. After high school, she attended UConn and Goodwin University. She obtained a degree in nursing and worked in the maternity ward at St. Francis Hospital. In 2015, she met Jordan Mulcahy, and together they welcomed their daughter, Elaine. In her spare time, Martha enjoyed collecting and taking care of many different types of houseplants, reading from her library of books, and trips to the ocean to build sandcastles. She especially enjoyed her family trips to Maine and Florida. More than anything, she loved to spend time with her family. Martha will be remembered with love and deeply missed by her husband, Jordan, and her daughter, Elaine of Colchester; her parents, Durwood and Michele Beringer, of Amston; her brother, Michael, and sister, Madeline; and many extended family and friends. A memorial service and visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5 - 7pm at the Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home in Colchester.
