Martha Brinley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home - St. Matthews on Oct. 28, 2025.
Martha Ann Brinley, 67, of Louisville passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Baptist Health Louisville after a brief illness.
She was born on December 31, 1957, in Louisville, one of three children to the late William E. Bruck and Helen Lillian Ruckriegel Bruck. Her husband, Gary Allen Brinley and her brother Paul preceded her in death.
Martha loved God and was strong in her faith. She was a member of an online prayer group, developing many special friendships with people from across the United States. She loved trains, flea markets and animals. But her biggest love was the love she had for her daughter Stevie and her husband, Gary Brinley.
Martha is survived by her loving daughter Stevie; brother, Robert (Judy) Bruck, brother-in-law, Dale and many cousins.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, St. Matthews. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests that memorial gifts be directed to WHAS Crusade for Children.
