Martha Ann Burdock

Martha Ann Burdock, 80, passed away on November 18th, 2023, in Westminster, MD, at the home of her daughter, Laurie Burdock.   Martha was an animal lover, from horses to her beloved dog Chloe, she loved all creatures big and small, and enthusiastic photographer, always capturing memories for her family to treasure.   Born on April 22nd, 1943 in Dubois, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Mary Lou and Paul Coleman. In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Jim Burdock, and her brother Eugene Coleman. Surviving are her children; daughter, Rhonda Parsons, her husband John Parsons, son Rick Burdock, daughter Laurie Burdock, her partner Janelle Creighton, and son Randy Burdock; her grandchildren, Jesse, his wife Teann, Megan, Cody, his wife Bethany, Taylor, Hunter, and her wife Rachel; her great grandchildren, whom she spoiled and adored, Wally, Nathaniel, Joelle, Natalie, Levi, Scarlett, Malachi, and Elijah; her sister, Mary Minnick; her nieces and nephews, Cinda, Cheryl, Mark, Pam, Paul, Serena, Kelly, Josh, Jack, Jennifer, Tanya, Todd, Terrell, Tara, Dana, Serena, Jerry, Wendy, Daniel, Roxie, and David – and a community she loved dearly.   Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, MD, on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, from noon-2 pm. Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 2 pm.   Internment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
