Martha Crenshaw Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home - Harrison on Feb. 20, 2026.
Martha Mary Crenshaw passed away peacefully February 18, 2026 at the age of 88. She was born December 11, 1937 in Lorain, Ohio to the late Peter and Elizabeth Stelmack (nee Suleski). After graduating from Lorain High School in 1955, Martha went to school and became a X-Ray technician. Shortly after, she married and settled in Chesterland, Ohio where she raised her five children and made a beautiful home for her family. Throughout her life, she lived in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; South Carolina, Gallipolis, OH; Louisville, KY; Champaign, Ill; Kennett Square, PA and resided for last 9 years in Harrison, Ohio.

Martha was known for her joyful spirit and quirky sense of humor. She loved to laugh and had a special gift for bringing smiles and giggles to everyone she met. She was an active member of the Harrison Senior Center, where she enjoyed playing bingo, crafting, going on field trips and celebrating life with her beloved "peeps."

She found happiness in simple things- sewing, crocheting, tending to her plants, going to auctions, collecting gnomes and watching old westerns. Martha valued her family and cherished her relationship with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Crenshaw, Her baby son, Christopher Koronich, her sister, Margaret Salasovich (Edward), and her brother, Gracian Stelmack.

She is survived by her 5 Children: Jerome Michael Koronich (Jan Koronich), Christine Ann Nye (late Gary Nye) , Ann Marie Weber (Bruce Weber) Michael John Koronich (Jodi Koronich), Kathleen Ann Olson (late Paul Olson), her grandchildren: Robin, Shelby, Jessica, Daniel, Molly, Ryan, Bailey, Timothy and Hunter and her great-grandchildren: Erin, Joanna and Namiko.

Martha will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her laughter, kindness, humor and the joy she brought into the lives of many.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Donations can be sent in Martha's honor to the Senior Center.
