Ms. Martha K. Dean

Martha Kay Dean, 65, of Paris passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010 at Dubuis Hospital after battling a very lengthy illness. Martha was born January 23, 1945 the daughter of O. J. “Dub� and Thelma Louise Ritchey Dean in Detroit. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Tulia, TX. She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock and graduated from East Texas State University in Commerce. “Kay� as her family called her was a local real estate agent for many years. Martha Kay is survived by one sister; Patsy Joy Mann and husband Clyde of Austin, nieces Dianna Edwards and husband Lyle of Paris, Thelma Dea Chesshire and husband Eddie of Detroit, LaQuita Jo Jones and husband Jimmy Carroll of Henderson, Pamela Ann Saldibar and husband Robert of Round Rock, nephews; Kim Wayne Mann of Austin, Jay Looney and wife Misty of Detroit along with many great nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Martha Kay was preceded in death by both her parents, sisters Johnnie Jo Looney, Jane Dean Morphis, one nephew; Randall Dean Looney and one niece; Nancy LaDon Morphis Johnson. She will be remembered and missed by all that knew her. She had a giving heart and shared it with many.
