Martha Johnson Feldmann, 80, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025. Mrs. Feldmann earned her bachelor's degree and master's degree from the University of Kentucky, Lexington Kentucky where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Mrs. Feldmann later earned her PhD from the University of Memphis.

She was an active member of the Chucalissa Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Kirby Woods Garden Club. Mrs. Feldmann was a communicant at St. George's Episcopal Church.

She retired from Lausanne Collegiate School as a history teacher and Academic Dean after many years of service. Mrs. Feldmann was admired and loved by her many students, who will miss her. She also taught briefly as a history instructor at the University of Memphis.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Larry Feldmann, one daughter, Lena Griffin, and two grandsons, Philip and Benjamin Griffin.
