Mrs. Williams passed away October 21, 2025, at her residence. She was born February 6, 1939 in Henderson to Joseph Weldon and Carrie Ruth (Dunklin) Gibson. Mrs. Williams graduated from Henderson High School in 1957 and then attended Daraugh Business College. She worked in the wholesale gas business until being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1975. Mrs. Williams attended First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Carrie Gibson; brother, James Weldon Gibson; son, Jerry Martin; son-in-law, Bobby Spencer; grandparents, Ruben Dunklin and Caroline Martin Dunklin, and Wylie Raiff Gibson and Sallie Lucille Gibson.
Survivors include her family, Brenda Spencer of Henderson, Debra Bridges and husband David of Kilgore, Traci Delacruz of Henderson, G. T. Gibson and wife Carol of Arizona, Mike Gibson and wife Diane of Athens, and their children, Robert, Brad, Ashley, Stephen, Stephanie, and Christopher.
The family would like to say thank you to the staff of Angel Care Hospice of Henderson, especially Robert Fry, Clara Dixon and Evelyn Robertson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Henderson Metro Church, 1811 US-79 S, Henderson, TX 75654.
