It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Martha Callihan Jobe of
Graham, North Carolina who departed this life on February 19, 2026, at the age of 96. Martha was born on April 13, 1929, in Harnett County, North Carolina and grew up in Sampson County, North Carolina.
On February 15, 1945, she married Willy Jasper Jobe ("Jack") and they were married for 33 years before he passed in 1978. Jack and Martha were longtime residents of Graham.
Martha devoted her life to her family raising her two children with love and patience. She was a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church in
Graham, North Carolina for over 70 years and built lifelong friendships along the way.
Martha's four grandchildren and six great grandchildren were her pride and joy and she always looked forward to family gatherings.
Martha is survived by her son, Berry Clinton Jobe (Jackie) and daughter-in-law, Chris Jobe. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Daniel B. Jobe, M.D., Matthew C. Jobe (Laura), Patrice Bagwell (Ben), Kristy Banks (Gary) and her great grandchildren Brian Jobe, Catherine Jobe, Megan Jobe, Reagan Bagwell, Camryn Bagwell, and Jillian Bagwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Floyd Callihan and Pennie Cain Callihan, her husband Willy Jasper Jobe ("Jack"), and her son, Tommy B. Jobe, as well as her six sisters.
Martha retired from West Point Stevens and then continued with her arts and crafts business in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The family expresses their gratitude towards the staff of BellaRose Nursing and Rehab Center in Garner, North Carolina that gave her such great care these past four years. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the Mt. Hermon community for always keeping Martha in their thoughts and prayers and sending cards of well wishes.

Graham, North Carolina 27253.
In Martha's honor, a funeral service will be held at Rich & Thompson funeral home located at 207 E. Elm Street,
Graham, North Carolina 27253 at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2026. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:45 prior to the service. Burial will take place at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church cemetery following the service.
