She was a member of Mikado Baptist Church and a former member of Southside United Methodist Church and was retired from SunTrust Bank.
Mrs. Nix was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Webb and Louise Clements Webb and a brother, Henry Clay Webb.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Woodrow Nix of Lizella; one daughter, Allison Nix Beeland (Tommy) of Reynolds; two grandchildren, Trenton Beeland and Cailyn Beeland of Reynolds; several nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Church, PO Box 276, Butler, GA 31006.
