Martha Jane (White) Woodall, 76, of Princeton, Indiana, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025, at the home of her daughter, son-in-law and grandsons in Gig Harbor, WA. Born and raised in Princeton, IN, Martha dedicated her life to caring for others as a massage therapist and caregiver. Martha also spent many years living in Petersburg and Indianapolis, IN. She will be remembered for her strong spirit, her compassion, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. Martha found joy in the simple pleasures of life-making blankets for those she loved and spending quiet moments sitting in the sun. She is survived by her daughters, Dr. Angela Gray, and Natalie Woodall; her son-in-law, Carlton Gray; and her loving grandchildren Oliver Watson Gray, Gabriel David Gray, Bach Williamson and Cedar Williamson; Also, her loving sisters and brothers, Maria Stanley, Thomas White, Patricia Gibson, John White, Lily Forsberg, and Dr. Edward White.
A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Princeton, Indiana at 1:00pm, Nov 03 2025, Father Ron Ashmore officiating. All are welcome.

I knew Martha from St
Joe School. She was always nice and friendly. She was in my older sister's class. Also knew most of Martha's brothers and sisters. Sending my condolences to the family. May she rest in peace.
