Keith A. Fields, 70, of Cincinnati, OH was called to his heavenly home Thursday, November 13, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born June 26, 1955 in Terre Haute, IN to the late William Eugene Fields and Vera Evelyn (Collins) Fields. Keith was in the 1973 graduating class of West Vigo High School. Shortly after high school he married the love of his life, Cathy Hyneman, and was blessed with 45 years of marriage. He retired in 2010 from Cinergy, now known as Duke Energy, as a powerplant supervisor after 35 years of service. Keith enjoyed watching baseball on TV and keeping statistics. He liked playing golf in his younger years. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Keith was truly loved by many and already is deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Fields.

Keith is survived by his wife, Cathy Fields; children, Nate Fields and Tanner (Jannah) Fields; grandchildren, Isaiah Fields, Gabby Taylor, Jaxson Fields, and Dallas Fields; siblings-in-law, Leigh Ann Fields, Cindy Beard, Bret (Judy) Hyneman, Bert (Ann) Hyneman, and Susan (Ivan) Baker; nieces and nephews, Steffanie Ansbaugh, Mika Farling, Trent Fields, Chase Fields, Jarrod Beard, Natalie Marsh, Clint Hyneman, Samantha Hyneman, Kayla Hayes, Andrea Turner, Brent Baker, and Brittany Davidson; and many great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM CST Monday, November 17, 2025 at Colvin Funeral Home with Rev. William Morris officiating and burial to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt. Olympus, IN. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 3 PM CST until 7 PM CST at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Olive Cemetery Fund or Tunnel to towers foundation, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
