Marty worked with his dad installing flooring as well as other jobs that he enjoyed.
Marty is survived by his father Jerry L. Divens, Sr. of Osceola, children; Jenny, Cody, Caleb and Justin, Sisters; Lisa (Rodney) Martin, Elkhart, IN, Theresa (Mark) Jellison, Osceola and brother; Jerry L. Divens, Jr., South Bend, IN. Additional survivors include Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dolores Divens and brother Brian Scott Divens, grandparents; Louis F. and Marjorie (Hazelip) Divens, Forest and Eleanor (Nolan) Walters.
There will not be any services for Marty. He will be buried at a later date at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend, IN
Palmer Funeral Homes, Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46614 is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Pl, Mishawaka, IN 46545
