Martin I. Faver

Martin I. Faver, age 85, of Allison Park, PA, died on January 8, 2025. Born in Cuba, NY on April 10, 1939, son of the late Harry Faver and Frances Amchir Faver. Beloved husband for 50 years of Carol A. Barrett Faver. Loving father of Brian Rupp (Becky Auld), Jennifer Golod (Rob), and the late Craig Rupp (Erika). Brother of Susanna Faver. Brother-in-law of Richard Barrett. Dear grandfather of Michael Rupp, Brian Rupp, Avery Rupp, Maggie Flickinger, Everett Flickinger, Caleb Golod, Cassidy Golod, Olivia Rupp, and Madison Rupp. Also survived by one great-grandson, Liam Rupp.
Friends received Monday 4-7 p.m. at Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd., 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.
A U.S. Army Veteran, Martin worked in car sales and management for many years in Fr. Lauderdale, FL. He also owned Ace Installations in Pembroke Pines, FL, worked locally at Wood n' Things on Rt. 8 after retirement, and was a proud and devoted Mason.
