Martin was born on May 2, 1960 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on September 1, 2021 at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor at the age of 61; he was of Van Buren Twp. and formerly of Allen Park. Beloved brother of Brian (Annette) Foley, Kevin (JoAnn) Foley and Eileen Quiroga. Former spouse of Susan Foley. Dearest uncle of Kristina, Lisa, Nick, Grant, Jessica, Craig, Alexis and Annie. Also survived by his aunts, cousins, other loving family and friend. Preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Annemay (nee: Burns) Foley. Visitation is on Tuesday, September 7, 2021from 2 – 9 pm with a Knights of Columbus Rosary on Tuesday 7 pm at both at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Road (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. Martin will lie in state at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 9:15 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy at 10 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

My heart hurts to learn of Marty´s passing. Although I hadn´t seen Marty in a long time, know that we would be smiling and laughing together just like old times. My condolences along with prayers of peace and comfort to the Foley family.
