Marvin Leonard Keen, 90 of Stevens Point, passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2025.

Marvin was born October 4, 1935 to the late Leo and Genevieve Keen, attended area schools and was a 1955 graduate of P.J. Jacobs High School.

He worked at Allen-Bradley in Milwaukee and married Janet Kozlowski on June 7, 1958 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Junction City. After serving 2 years in the U.S. Army, he was honorably discharged as a specialist 4 in 1960. He and his wife, Janet, owned and operated the Badger Feed Store in Junction City for 20 years. They then moved to the Town of Hull and built their home; he did various construction work. He could repair just about anything.

Marvin was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, past member of the Junction City Lions Club, snowmobile club, and volunteer fire department in Junction City.

Marvin was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, working in the woods, hunting, fishing, playing cards, and traveling.

Marvin is survived by his two sons, Randy (Janet Mertes) Keen of Stevens Point, WI and Russel (Dori) Keen of Jacksonville, FL. He is further survived by three grandchildren, Nicholas Keen of Stevens Point, Samuel (Breanna Beinborn & Jazzy) Keen of Elkhorn, and Reese Keen of Jacksonville, FL; and one brother, Harold Keen of Wisconsin Rapids.

In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Janet; daughter, Barbara Denison; and sisters, Audrey Kawelski and Eljane Pawelski.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the team at Meals on Wheels who helped allow him to live independently until the age of 90. A thank you also goes out to the staff at Dimensions Living and the Marshfield Hospital in Stevens Point for the care and compassion shown to Marvin and his family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Meals on Wheels – Stevens Point in Marvin's name. Please call (715) 341-0081 to donate.
