Marvin "Ricky" Keeny, 72, of St. Augustine. Passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine.
Marvin was born on October 5, 1952, in St. Augustine, FL, to the late Russell G. Keeny and Hazel P. Keeny.
He worked in the Deli department at Publix on Valino Beach, St. Augustine, FL for 17 years.
He served as a United States Air Force Veteran (combat communicator) from 01/07/1974 to 03/12/1977.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: William A. Keeny, James (Jimmy) Keeny, Russell E. Keeny, and Wallace A. Keeny; his sisters: Linda C. Hacker and Tilma K. Portivent.
He is survived by his daughter, Hazel "Jeannie" Sutton (Willard) of Covington, Ga, and adopted daughter Missy Mays of St. Augustine, FL.
Grandchildren: Leslie Armistead of Covington, Ga, Hailey Chere Palm Bay, FL, Isabella "Bella" Sutton Covington, Ga, Great Granddaughter: Phoebe, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 13 S Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL, on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
lnurnment will take place at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218, with military honors on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

Marvin was a wonderful person. He always had a smile on this face and was so kind to everyone he met. He is with God out fishing in heaven.
