Marvin Keith Obituary
Marvin Keith Jr. of Newport, RI and Dallas, Texas passed away July 30, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He loved Texas and his hometown of Fort Worth and wanted to return here for his burial.
He is survived by his daughters, Catherine Woodling(Mark), and Caroline Settle (Chris); grandsons, Lawrence Settle, Andrew Settle, and Paxton Woodling; his sister, Carmen Keith Tidwell (Jim); and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Patrick Keith; his parents, Catherine and Marvin Keith Sr; and his sister, Camille Keith.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Independence Chapel at Greenwood Mausoleum, 3100 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, with entombment following in the mausoleum.
In honor of him do an act of kindness for someone and make them feel special.

I attended First Christian Church in Ft Worth as a child..Marvin, Carmen, and Camille were there every Sunday with their parents as Cheryl and I were.
Marvin and I stayed friends over the years.. .the last time I saw him was in West Palm where he had a condo..years ago.
He still had that sharp wit and twinkle in his eye.
He was tough and a true Texan...I'm sure he fought a fierce battle.
Godspeed My Friend....thinking of you oh so fondly...
