Survivors include her husband; their daughters, Brooke (Greg) Bedford and Katie (Jeremy) Merritt; her mother, Rosa (James) Cummings; her grandsons, Gavin Bedford and Leo Banks Merritt; her sisters, Deborah (Jerry) Barnes and Susan (Marc) Gandy; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Cemetery, 64 Crest Hill Street in Reynolds, with Tim Wilson officiating. In lieu of flowers please donate to the missionary fund at Community Church, 401 Wilson Drive, Centerville, Georgia 31028. Rooks Funeral Home in Fort Valley is in charge of arrangements.
