DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Orange Street LocationMary Ann (Hudick) Keller, 76, was received by her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday morning November 9, 2025. She passed knowing that she was truly loved, with her husband of 52 years and both daughters by her side.
Mary Ann was a kind and sensitive soul who loved her Savior Jesus Christ and strived to be an example of His love to others in her daily life. She cherished her church community at Millersville Bible Church, where she was a member, her wonderful neighbors, and the many people who had become her friends over the years. Mary Ann loved her family deeply and sacrificially loved and supported them. She delighted in traveling with her family, especially to places with warm weather. She enjoyed listening to and playing music; she was a flutist both at McCaskey HS and Millersville University. She had loved being a member of the marching band at McCaskey so much that she, along with her friends, helped to establish the marching band at Millersville in 1967.
In 1967, she graduated from McCaskey HS and went on to graduate from Millersville University in 1971 with a degree in Education. She loved teaching elementary school at Higbee Elementary (MLK) early in her career, before stepping back to be the best mom ever to Elizabeth and Megan. She later went back to teach at the School District of Lancaster and at Lancaster Christian School.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband Michael, her daughters Elizabeth Long (husband Kenneth Long) and Megan Keller. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Michael A. Hudick, (wife Karen Hudick), and her loyal poodle Roger James.
Born and raised in Lancaster, Mary Ann spent her life rooted in the community that shaped her. Her journey began and ended in the same town, a testament to the deep connections she maintained throughout her life.
