Mary Louise (Cahill) Campbell
February 16, 1947 – October 19, 2025
Mary Louise (Cahill) Campbell, 78, of Butler, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, surrounded by family.
Born on February 16, 1947, Mary was an avid artist who found joy in creating quilts, fabric art, and watercolor paintings. She loved her dog Buddy and cat Lily and cherished time spent with her sisters, other family and friends. Mary retired after 27 years as a medical secretary at Nationwide Children's Hospital and was a dedicated volunteer at the Belleville Neighborhood Outreach Center, where she shared her warmth and compassion with all those she worked with and served.
Mary is survived by her husband, Gary; daughter, Michelle Batt; stepson, Robert (Jennifer) Campbell; sisters, Marti (Bill) Lindemann and Pat (Mel) Jones brothers, Cliff Cahill and David (Mary) Cahill and grandchildren, Morgan, Chance, and Sidney Campbell. She is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Marcella Cahill, and her stepson, Patrick Campbell.
A celebration of Mary's life will be held on Saturday, November 29th at the Columbia Heights United Methodist Church in Galloway, Ohio from 1pm to 4pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bellville Neighborhood Outreach Center (https://www.bnoc.org/donate) and the Brain Trauma Foundation (https://braintrauma.org/).
