Mary Capurso Obituary
Mary J. Capurso, age 95, entered into eternal life July 25, 2024. Born in Hoboken, NJ she was the daughter of the late Onofrio and Addolorata Mezzina Mongelli. She moved to S.I. in 1963 where she resided until September 2021 when she moved to Delmar NY.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Capurso and loving mother to Rose J. Capurso of Delmar; and Carlo J. Capurso of S.I.; Cherished Grandmother of David Juster, Meryl Juster and Nicole Capurso Roggow and Great Grandmother to Alayna Juster; Reign, Rylin & Quenton Roggow.
Mary had a wonderful career at Standard $ Poor’s for almost 50 years. She held the position of Finance Manager for several years prior to retirement.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am, Friday, August 23, 2024 at the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, 900 Madison Ave. Albany. Inurnment in Calverton National Cemetery on Long Island will be announced at a later date.
