Mary (Carson) Gray Obituary
Graveside service for Mary Elizabeth (Carson) Gray, 81, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 10, 2024, in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, September 9, 2024, at the funeral home.
Mary passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024, in Cleburne. She was born December 24, 1942, in Georgia to Samuel M. and Clarenda (Troutman) Carson. Mary made significant contributions to her community through her professional career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at the hospital. Mary's presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of compassion and dedication to her work will continue to inspire those she touched throughout her life.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Carlmicheal) McCraw and her children, Chanda (Jabari), Carlmicheal, Jr., JaVon, Jamari, and Janice, daughter, Crystal McCraw-Jones & Jimmy and children, Seilusi (Shanell), Christian, Jimmy, Jr.; grandchildren, Kaizer, and Kaleo; extended daughter, Tammy Lee and children, Timothy, Tirik, Taaja, and Lenora; extended son, Kenya (Marlene) and son, Isaac, along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who will treasure her memories.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and eleven siblings.
