Mike, I am sad for the loss of your dear mom who was the close friend of my grandmother Sarah Hill, and the daughter of your dear grandparents Tom and Lena who often visited my parents. The closing of a chapter. I am glad that we are the next generation of friends, and you were a friend of my mom ( who didn't know of the Bain connection!) I hope your days ahead are peace filled.
I am sorry to not have attended the service...I just now saw the service notice of this afternooon. Please know that my family and myself were there in spirit.

To all of Virginia's family members, I am so sorry for your loss and so thankful for being blessed by Virginia. I grew up at Prospect St UMC and am still there. She was a positive influence on my growing up years and always very supportive of PSUMC. Even in her later years, when she couldn't attend church anymore, Virginia remained a faithful and supportive member. She will definitely be remembered and missed.

I was so sad to read of your Mothers passing. She was such a sweet lady. When I moved across the street from her in Marion in 2011 she was one of the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. My husband was ill and she would cook many times and bring us dessert.
We would have many visits with each other until my husband´s passing and I sold the house in 2018.
She will be truly missed. Sincere condolences to all of you on the loss of this wonderful lady.

Mike, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. During the short amount of time I was able to spend with her she was such a precious lady. Thank you for those ER visits of sharing her charm with me.
