Mary Beth Dailey (Feikles), 71, passed away on September 4, 2025, in her Lexington, Kentucky home. She was born on February 10, 1954, in Erie, Pa., a daughter of the late Francis and Ann Marie Feikles.
She is a graduate of Mercyhurst University, Erie, PA., obtained her CFP (Certification as a Financial Planner), earned an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Duquesne University and was a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Throughout her professional career, Mary Beth performed many roles: Vice President and Developmental Officer at various Regional Banks in the Virginia and the D.C. areas, Legal Associate for the Douglas Hawkins Law Firm, Lexington, Ky., and most recently, Legal Assistant with Crump Spurlock Attorneys also in Lexington Ky.
Mary Beth will be remembered for her radiant smile, quick wit and fearless approach to new adventures. She was quite inquisitive, appreciated the Theatre, Arts and loved Fashion. She dearly loved her children, Alex and Lydia, and was very generous to her many nieces and nephews. She possessed a great love for animals, particularly her two dogs, Ivan and Grayson.
Mary Beth will be deeply missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis (Franny) Feikles and Ann Marie (Pat) Feikles. She is survived by her children, Alex Wardi and Lydia Wardi; her sisters, Debbie (Richard) Lepman, Susie Boehm, Becky (Greg) Senft; and her brothers, Michael (Linda) Feikles and Patrick (Mary) Feikles. She also leaves behind 12 nieces and nephews as well as 13 great nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 10 AM at St. James Church, 2635 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510. A private interment will follow at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery, Erie, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Erie Humane Society and the ANNA Shelter.
