Mary Nell Davis, 87, of Southaven, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at The Pinnacle Assisted Living Center in Southaven. For many years of her life, Mary Nell was a member of Colonial Hills Church in Southaven and most recently became a member of Heartland in Southaven. She had a long and accomplished career with MS Power and Lights before retiring and loved travelling with her husband before his passing. She was a Godly woman that never spoke an ill word of anything, was loved by everyone, and loved everyone back, especially her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life, and she deeply cherished every moment she spent with them.
Mary Nell is survived by her son, Byron Davis (Janet); her grandchildren, Jennifer Skywalker (Matthew), Adams Malenky, Julia Adams (Jesse), and Kaleigh Perry (Justin); her great-grandchildren, Henry and Nolen Pendergrast, Mary Caroline and David Malenky, and Holland and Rory Adams; her sisters, Martha Lane (Robert) and Glenda Hampton (Charles); and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Davis; her daughter, Judy Malenky (Mike); and her parents, Delma and Lowery Dean.
