Mary Eigel Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home - St. Matthews on Sep. 15, 2021.
"Comfortably, peacefully and surrounded with love on September 12th at 7:43pm, Mary Jane Eigel joined her parents in heaven. Mary Jane was the most loyal and caring person and will be so missed by her family and friends. To know her was to feel the force of her love and dedication to her family. She would do anything for anybody.
After a long fight against ALS she is now at peace and survived by her husband of 46 years Dan (Eigel), her three daughters Maggie (Jay), Jamie (Brian) and Catherine (Curt) and her 7 grandchildren - Jackson, Eva, Grace, Oscar, Parker, Mae and Myles.
It was her wishes that there be no mass or visitation, instead there will be a celebration of her life post covid. She will rest with her mom and dad in New Hampshire during a private family burial.
In lieu of flowers we ask for donations to the ALS foundation or to the dare to care kids cafe, both causes close to Mary Janes heart."
