My heart and spirit is with all today as you say goodbye to your Mom. I believe she is reunited with all those who passed before her.
Your Mom's kindness, generosity, easy going ways on life and her talent to feed and warm people through delicious food and her joyful presence for family and friends will all be greatly missed.
I remember the best of times. God bless you all and peace be with you.

My heartfelt condolences to the Elinsky family.
My memories of the times I had spent with Aunt Mary will be forever treasured. She was and always will remain in my thoughts...the enjoyable times we had spent together.
Aunt Mary was very special to me. She is most loved and will truly be missed.
Rest in peace, Aunt Mary, now with Uncle Joe.
Your loving niece,
Margie Lagnese

Aunt Mary was more than just my very special aunt. She was the true matriarch of the Elinsky family. Not only was she a loving, caring mother to her five children, she was truly the one in the family that cared for and about ALL of the family.
Aunt Mary never knew a stranger. Whether you belonged to the Elinsky family or not, their home was always open. If you needed a place to live, or a good meal, gas money, or just someone to share a difficult situation with, she was always there to provide the support, and most of all, the love that you needed.
The one thing that I will always will remember about her, in addition to what I´ve mentioned above, was that whenever she wanted your undivided attention, she would say "Hey" before she said your name. If she wanted Uncle Joe´s attention, you´d always hear "Hey, Joe....." It meant listen up, I´m about to tell you something you need to hear.
In 2 Timothy 4:8 Paul tells us, There is reserved for us the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to us... I have no doubt that Aunt Mary is wearing her crown right now for she was a faithful, loving servant of our Lord, Jesus, and a special angel to so many. I also have no doubt that she is still watching over us all, and when I hear that voice saying "Hey, LaVerne", you can be sure I´ll be looking up and listening.
We will miss you Aunt Mary. Rest now in His Loving Peace.

Marsha, her niece. Not first memory but... Uncle Joe and Aunt Mary were driving me back to Pittsburgh after a 2 week summer stay with them in Cleveland. I was about 7 and in the way back of the van the had at the time and was trying to sleep on the floor. There was a fly buzzing around my head so I grabbed one of Uncle Joe's endless folders of papers and smacked down on that fly. Aunt Mary heard it and thought the van had gotten a flat tire. Her arms went flailing and she was yelling at Joe to "Pull over! Pull over!!" He had nooo idea what she was yelling about. She finally said "When I tell you to pull over, you pull over!" I don't know if I ever got the courage to tell them about the fly. RIP my dear sweet Aunt Mary. You left a legacy of memories and love.

Mary always had a smile on her face and had awesome food to feed you! I am not sure how the boys ever made weight! She was a great mom, a perfect wrestlers mom! She will be missed.
