Mary Louise Few-Kennebrew, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, peacefully departed this life on November 10, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia. Born on March 11, 1956, in Harlem, Georgia, Mary embodied kindness and compassion throughout her life, especially in her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she dedicated herself to the care of others.
Mary's legacy will be carried on by her loving husband, Charlie H. Kennebrew, who stood by her side through the joys and challenges of life. Her children, Ralph A. Few, Brandon Few, and Precious Flowers, remember her as a guiding light, instilling in them the values of love and perseverance. Mary was also a proud grandmother to her cherished grandchildren, Iyanna Few and Rakeem Few, who brought her joy and laughter during their time together.
Mary is survived by her siblings Johnny Few, Sarah Few, Barbara Few, alongside her brother-in-law James Cook, sister-in-law, Louise Few, and her daughter-in-law, Latarriea Few. The bonds she shared with her family were immeasurable, and her nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart.
Though her sisters Ernestine Few, and brothers Tommy Few and Richard "Ricky" Few, have passed away, their memories forever remain alive through the stories and love shared within the family.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Mary's life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta, Georgia, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Friends, family, and all who loved Mary are invited to come together to honor her remarkable life and the indelible impact she made on those around her.
Mary Louise Few-Kennebrew's spirit touched many, and her love will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, compassion, and resilience will live on forever.
