Today marks one year since you became an angel, Grammy. We miss you more than words can express, but we find comfort in knowing you´re in a happy place, reunited with Grandpa Mario and your siblings.
There are moments when I can feel your presence so strongly, and others when I just know you´re watching over us. Mom´s grief comes in waves, and on this day, your one-year anniversary, I know she´s struggling.
We hold you in our hearts every day and cherish the love and memories you gave us. We miss you deeply and love you always, Grammy.

Mom I couldn´t agree more with Felicia´s sentiments! Everyday that goes by I think about you and wonder if you´re finally with you Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I know that that was your hope and desire. Things are not good here in the country that you so loved and quite frankly I´m glad that you´re not here to endure this turmoil! We have so many roses here at my new home so I´ve added a couple of pics for you and others to enjoy. I listen to country music everyday in your memory and do a crossword puzzle each morning too! I will love and cherish you forever! ¡Te echo mucho de menos!

My dear cousins, Sending you my most heartfelt condolences for the loss of your precious mom. Auntie Mary had the most endearing laugh. She was sweet yet strong; someone I always held dear in my heart. Now our parents are all back together again. I hope your memories can bring you some peace as you navigate your way to the new normal. I love you girls. Much love to you and your families.

Grammies oh Grammies I love you so much. My last visit with you so full of life. As I cried Grammies kept telling me "Ally please stop crying these are happy times." I´m writing this full of tears but happy you´re home with Bampoos and your three sisters pain free. Forever thankful for all your stories, your kind heart and an encyclopedia of a grandma who literally knew EVERYTHING. The best grandma to every one of her grandkids. I´ll never forget all of the adventures and fun times we had. I miss you so much Grammies!! Until next time Grandma. I love you.

We were crossword and Amazon Kindle buddies. Whenever I went to her house she had a few crossword puzzles going at any one time. I´d pick them up and see what I could add to help solve the puzzles. Seemed she might have anywhere up to 10 or more puzzles going at any one time! We also shared the same Kindle account so I´d always see what cowboy novels she was reading. Just like with her crossword puzzles, she might have 4 or 5 books going at any time! And then there were the Kindle charging issues- her Kindle was very temperamental when it came to charging it. And I´d get the sos call that she´d need help with the charger.
She was always so kind and welcoming to me and my kids and I´ll miss that so much.

Dearest GG, your kindness and strength left an enduring mark. We cherish the love you gave and miss you deeply. Until we meet again, your memory lives on in our hearts. Charlie, Rhetton, Josh, and I will continue our love for country music as you did and will be two stepping to our favorite song Neon Moon. The Brooks and Dunn concert my grandmother and I attended together dancing the night away will be my most cherished memory.

My mom was the kindest person I knew, she would give her last dollar to you, she was the most charitable person! She loved to read and work crossword puzzles. She made the best salsa, tortillas, and tacos. But most of all she was the best listener, I will miss everything about her, but especially hearing her say, "Mija" or "Mijita". I love you forever Mom!
