Mary Martin Glaser

Mary Martin Glaser, 52, of Canton, Ohio, passed away on August 13, 2025, after a courageous battle with oral cancer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Martin; her mother, Eleanor Martin McKenzie; her stepfather, Bruce McKenzie; and her sister, Tammy Eckard.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Glaser; her children, Alyssa (Chris) Paul, Ashly (Wyatt) May, and Ricky Glaser; and many treasured grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Donna (Pat) Stephens Ed Martin and Michelle (Duane) Klinzing; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her deeply.

Mary graduated from Hoover high school and completed the food-service vocational program.

Mary will be remembered for the joy she brought everywhere she went. She had a playful streak, loved to pull pranks, and had a one-of-a-kind sense of humor that could brighten even the hardest days. She laughed easily-often at herself-and stayed a kid at heart.

Curious and determined, Mary tinkered with gadgets and electronics until she figured them out. She took pride in her look-her nails were always painted and her hair colored just the way she liked it. At home, she kept several flourishing houseplants. Outside, she loved long walks, taking in the beauty of nature along the way.

Mary's laughter, love, and lighthearted spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and forever carried in the hearts of her family
