Jeffrey was born July 11, 1975, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Gerald P. and Debra (Miller) Link.
He is survived by a sister, Jennifer (Herbert) Harkness, of Lexington two nephews, Anthony and Alexander Harkness, and a host of Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Murla Link and William and Doris (Stout) Miller, brothers Jerry Link and Jason Link, Aunt Darlene Shaw, and Uncles Clarence Link, Harvey Link, Michael Link, William Link, Jim Miller and Bill Miller.
During his time at Scenic Pointe Nursing Center, Jeff tried his best to become a staff favorite. His infectious smile, easy disposition, and quirky sense of humor could brighten a day. The family would like to recognize the staff at Scenic Pointe Nursing Center and Ohio's Hospice for the excellent care they provided during this transition.
There will be no public services at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America, in his name.
