Mary Helen Knowles Haynes, 75, of Louisville, MS., passed on Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Merit Health River Oaks Hospital, Flowood, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11 a.m., from Center Hill Church of God In Christ, in Louisville, MS. Visitation will be Friday from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oliver Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.

Mary Helen Haynes leaves the following to continue her legacy: her children: her children, Tony Ball (Carol) of Sturgis, MS, Larry Ball (Carol), Marcos Ball, and Michael Hollingshed all of Louisville, MS, George Ball of Nashville, TN, Rufus Ball (Talisha) of Perry, GA, Karen Johnson (Corey) of Cordova, TN, and Shalia Magee (Derrick) of Akron, OH.  Additionally, she leaves loyal "Bonus" children that she loved as her own, Bobby Lee Gill, LaTara Suggs, Natoya Foote, Carmelia Hathorne, Matthew Peace, Joey Battle and Christian Jones; her sister, Dorenthia Donald of Detroit, MI; her brothers, Kenneth Ray Knowles (Dorothy), Marvin Knowles (Mattie) both of Louisville, MS, and Bobby Harris of Brookhaven, MS; twenty grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
