Mary C. Herrera
January 29, 1938 - July 17, 2023
Mary C. Herrera went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2023, at the age of 85. She was born on January 29, 1938, in Somerset, Texas.

Mary is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 32 years, Jose "Joe" Herrera; her parents Celestino and Esperanza Cruz; siblings Joe Magdaleno, Robert Cruz and Andres Cruz and brothers-in-law Felipe Cerda and Raymond Garcia.

She is survived by Aunt Baudelia Alfaro and Uncle Ramiro Martinez, her siblings Betty C. Rodriguez (Joe), Richard Cruz (Josie), Janie Cerda and Natalia Garcia, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Trinity Hospice for their love and care along with family members that showed their support and gave their time through Mary's sickness.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Park South. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church (Somerset). Interment to follow at St Mary's Cemetery (Somerset).
