Mary Lucille Hess, 80, of Bradford, Arkansas departed this life on September 16, 2025 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born August 3, 1945 in Bradford, Arkansas to the late Otha and Ruby Siler. Mary was a loving and devoted woman who filled her days with simple joys and meaningful pastimes. She had a passion for sewing, a love for tending her garden, and could often be found with a Little House on the Prairie book in hand. She enjoyed puzzles of all kinds, especially word puzzles, and had a knack for winning whenever she played bingo. A woman of strong faith, Mary was proud to be of the Baptist faith and carried her beliefs with grace throughout her life. She will be remembered for her warmth, talents, and unwavering love for her family. She is survived by, her children, Randy Adams (Renee), Roberta Allen, Tracy McKibben (Rick), Chuck Hess (Tina), Jennifer Hix (Scotty), and Buddy Hess (Laura), her grandchildren, Brandy Marshal, Ashley Bunn, Donnie Ray Allen, Sara Gallaway, Brian Evridge, Stacey Canard, Brandon Evridge, C.J. Hess, Tyler Hess, Curtis Hess, Mathew Gilbert, Justin Gilbert, and Dokota Bunn, several great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Bob Siler, Butch Siler, Ronnie Siler, Bo Siler, Debbie Siler, and James Siler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, her husband, Charles Hess, her daughter, Michelle Siler, her granddaughters, Crystal Siler and Ladonna Allen, her siblings, Ann Castor, Annie Yates, Wayne Siler, Ben Siler, Cecil Owens, Liz Siler, Dale Corbit, Jerry Siler, and Otha Siler, Jr. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunnyside Church in Bradford, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Bradford, Arkansas. Interment will be at Sunnyside Cemetery, in Bradford, Arkansas. Arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home of Bradford.
