Turcotte-Piper MortuaryMary Frances Huff, born November 11, 1958, in Kingsville, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026, in Riviera, Texas. Mary loved life, cherished her family, and valued lifelong friendships.
Mary enjoyed crafting and spending time with others, always bringing warmth, joy, and laughter to everyone around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Eileen Chambliss; her in-laws, Leonard and Dorothy Huff, her stepmother Bettye Chambliss; and her nephew, Edward “Eddie” Earl Chambliss III.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard L. Huff III; her stepdaughter, Danielle Huff (Joshua Serrano); her siblings, Judy Lynn Morales (Julio), Edward Chambliss Jr. (Annette), and Caryl Chambliss; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Nick Morales; Jeremy Morales (Casey and children, Paisley and McKenna); Megan Morales; Shelby Chambliss (Brent); and Ayla and Béni, daughters of Edward “Eddie” Earl Chambliss III. She is also survived by her loving sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, as well as many special nieces and nephews and extended family members.
A short gathering will take place at 9:30 AM, with a memorial service to be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church in Riviera, Texas, followed by a graveside service at Vattmann Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary in Kingsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church or to a charity of your choice.
Mary was loved and was very special to all her family and friends, she will be greatly missed.
