An Eastern Star and long-time Hartford resident Mary spent her early career years at Colt Manufacturing and later in life became a certified nursing assistant.
Mary is survived by daughters Rev. Dezaree Pines-Wilusz, Nicole Kidd-Taylor, and grand-daughter-in-law LaToya Pines, sons Elijah Johnson and Alphonso Williams, grand sons Jeremiah and John Taylor, Gabriel and Michael Pines and grand daughter Mackenzie Mason, nephews Bobby, Fred, Melvin and Ronnie Pines, nieces Linda, Cassandra, Annie and Wanda pines and an additional host of nieces and nephews from around the United States.
Her family will receive friends on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10-11, with the Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am at Hopewell Baptist Church, 280 Windsor Ave, Windsor, CT
