Mary Morgan Kish

Mrs. Mary Morgan Laramore Kish, age 89, of LaGrange, passed away on January 8, 2026. Mrs. Kish was born on November 30, 1936 in the beautiful small southern town of Lelsie, Georgia to the late Harris Morgan Laramore and Mary Lou Ratliff Laramore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a very young brother.

She is survived by her special friends and caregivers, Larry and Norma Williamson, Charles and Trisia Bishop, Bobby and Brenda Bishop, Sonny and Bertha Scanlon, Chester and Diane Yawn and Earline Presley.

Mrs. Kish was employed by Georgia Power and later moved to LaGrange and worked for APE and an Accounting Clerk.

She was a very active member of the Trinity Community Church where she served in many roles. She always had a welcoming smile and always a delicious covered dish.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with Rev. Claude Herbert officiating. Friends will gather at 12:00 pm for a time of visitation. Private interment services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the Leslie City Cemetery in Leslie, Georgia.
