Mary Ann Krieg

Mary Ann Krieg (nee. Kilmer), passed away at the age of 72 on Wednesday, January 8th at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Ky. She spent her entire life in her beloved hometown of Dayton, Ky. Mary Ann was a loyal parishioner of Saint Bernard Catholic Church. Additionally, worked as the Senior Records Clerk with AT&T for 31 years before retirement.
She was a comfort to many and a joy to all, most of her time was spent taking care of her family, her friends, and her community.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents- William and Norma Kilmer; daughter, Catherine Krieg; granddaughter, Nora Krieg Richmond and brother, William Kilmer. Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, James A. Krieg; daughter, Amy Meyers (Chuck Meyers); 3 grandchildren, Zachary Krieg, Haley (Andrew) Chaffin & Allison Meyers (Ryan Dalton); 3 great grandchildren, Azrael Krieg, Carson Chaffin, and Trezdyn Krieg; and her many adoptive grandchildren whom she cared for through the years.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 am -12:00 p.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15th at St. Bernard Church, Dayton, KY. Celebration of Life to follow in the undercroft of St. Bernard Church (Garvey Hall).
Mary Ann will be laid to rest at St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas, KY.
